Conductor Nathalie Stutzmann was initially supposed to conduct this staged oratorio but her Ensemble Orfeo 55 had to stop its activities. Another specialist will replace her, conductor Thibault Noally (still first violin at the Musiciens du Louvre Orchestra). Last September he gave an intense and beautiful rendition of the work in concert at the Tours Concerts d'Automne Festival.

The edition of Agrippina's score has been performed by Benjamin Bayl and Gunnhild TØnder for the Oviedo Opera and the Vlaamse Opera, 2012.
Agrippina, certainly Ann Hallenberg's role of her life ! She doesn't play the role, she IS Agrippina. The witty and smart staging of Mariame Clément transposed into the Dallas series is a treat not to be missed.
